Are you moving into a new home or just need a little extra home decor assistance? We work with several local furniture stores and can assist you with custom furniture selections, paint color schemes, and furniture placement within your space.  We offer a (2) hour minimum Interior Design Consultation to get you started on the right path.

We will walk through your space to understand your home's unique architectural elements. During this time we will help you identify what colors you are drawn to and what will work with your style of home.  The correct paint color can make a huge difference, so allow us to work with you in selecting the perfect paint colors for your home and your decor.

We offer several home staging services to fit your needs: 

Home Staging Consultation - "Walk & Talk"

This consists of a home visit, which can last up to 2 hours, we will walk through every room in  your home and offer guidance on updates that will help sell your home. The homeowner can record this consultation or take notes during this time.

Home Staging Consultation With Detailed Report

This consultation consists of a home visit, before photos, and a detailed report for the homeowner's to follow to prepare their home prior to Listing it with a Realtor. This is recommended for larger homes or homes that may require additional cosmetic improvements prior to being sold.

Phone Consultation for Homes Already on the MLS

This consultation entails reviewing your online MLS real estate photos and reviewing what updates may be required to speed up your home sale. This is a great option during COVID, we can discuss your next steps over Zoom.  This is recommended for homes that have been sitting on the real estate market and not selling.

Are you thinking of updating your kitchen and/or bath and require some design assistance. We have experience selecting finishes, recommending contractors, and space planning.
